A sticky, glossy glaze coats tender baked chicken thighs in this easy honey garlic dish, perfect for weeknight dinners.

- 6 chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Season both sides lightly with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and olive oil until smooth. Taste the sauce and adjust as needed.
- Place the seasoned chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the honey garlic mixture over them. Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Spoon any remaining sauce over the thighs and garnish with chopped green onions.
Notes
Use low-sodium soy sauce to reduce sodium content. For crispier skin, broil for 1 minute at the end of cooking.
