Description

A tangy treat that tastes like key lime pie, these jars are creamy, citrusy, and protein-rich, perfect for a snack or dessert.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup key lime juice
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • Fresh lime slices and whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Measure and gather all ingredients. Zest one lime and squeeze to get 1/2 cup juice. Chill jars if desired.
  2. In a bowl, whisk Greek yogurt, key lime juice, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and lime zest until smooth.
  3. Spoon a layer of the yogurt mixture into each jar, followed by graham cracker crumbs. Repeat to create layers.
  4. Top each jar with coconut cream, a dollop of whipped cream, and a lime slice. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a creamier texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt. You can add vanilla protein powder for an extra protein boost.
