- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon lime zest
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- Fresh lime slices and whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Measure and gather all ingredients. Zest one lime and squeeze to get 1/2 cup juice. Chill jars if desired.
- In a bowl, whisk Greek yogurt, key lime juice, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and lime zest until smooth.
- Spoon a layer of the yogurt mixture into each jar, followed by graham cracker crumbs. Repeat to create layers.
- Top each jar with coconut cream, a dollop of whipped cream, and a lime slice. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a creamier texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt. You can add vanilla protein powder for an extra protein boost.
