Description

A quick, no-bake treat that combines the flavors of classic cookie dough with a wholesome twist. Perfect for snacks, desserts, or parties.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and line a small baking dish (8×8-inch or similar) with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until a dough forms and the mixture holds together.
  3. Stir in the dark chocolate chips so they are evenly distributed. Press the dough evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  4. Chill the dish in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, until firm. Once set, lift the parchment paper and cut into bars or pieces.

Notes

Serve chilled for a firm texture or let sit for a few minutes to soften. Great with coffee or almond milk. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
