- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- Whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Stir the honey, unsweetened applesauce, almond milk, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir gently until just combined.
- Fold in the mini marshmallows and crushed graham crackers carefully.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly on top and press them lightly into the batter.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Let the brownies cool for 15–20 minutes before slicing into squares.
