A creamy, tangy dip made with artichokes and non-fat Greek yogurt, perfect for gatherings without the extra calories.

- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup non-alcoholic beer (optional, for flavor)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Drain and chop the artichoke hearts.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped artichokes, Greek yogurt, mozzarella, Parmesan, non-alcoholic beer (if using), garlic, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until combined.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish and bake for 20–25 minutes, until edges are bubbling and top is golden.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, adjust seasoning, and garnish with parsley before serving warm.
Notes
For best texture, serve warm with whole-grain crackers or veggie sticks. Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge before baking.
