Description

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. Cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the gluten-free all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add to the creamed mixture, alternating with the milk.
