- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Form the mixture into patties about 3 inches wide.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer cooked patties to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
- Serve warm for the best flavor.
