Description

Bright, savory, and simple to make, these Garlic Parmesan Chicken Patties are a weeknight winner. Crisp on the edges, tender inside, and infused with warm garlic-parmesan flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined, being careful not to overmix.
  3. Form the mixture into patties about 3 inches wide.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Transfer cooked patties to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
  6. Serve warm for the best flavor.
