Description

A vibrant dish combining tender beef, fresh vegetables, and aromatic garlic and ginger, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, marinate the sliced beef in soy sauce for 15-30 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger to the pan, and sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Add the marinated beef to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add broccoli, bell pepper, and snap peas, then stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, and add the sliced green onions.
  7. Serve the stir fry over cooked rice or noodles.

Notes

For added flavor, garnish with extra sliced green onions or sesame seeds.
