Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate the sliced beef in soy sauce for 15-30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger to the pan, and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add the marinated beef to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add broccoli, bell pepper, and snap peas, then stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper, and add the sliced green onions.
- Serve the stir fry over cooked rice or noodles.
Notes
For added flavor, garnish with extra sliced green onions or sesame seeds.
