- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup English muffins, torn into pieces
- 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar or Swiss)
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup hollandaise sauce (optional for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Add torn English muffins, shredded cheese, cooked beef, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions. Stir until mixed.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 35-40 minutes until eggs are set and the top is golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Drizzle with hollandaise sauce if desired.
Notes
