Description

  • 1 package English muffins, torn into pieces
  • 8 ounces cooked Canadian bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup hollandaise sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and paprika until well combined.
  3. Layer the torn English muffin pieces evenly in the greased baking dish.
