Description

A simple and flavorful shrimp boil perfect for an intimate dinner, featuring shrimp, corn, and potatoes.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, deveined
  • 2 ears corn, cut into halves
  • 23 baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Bring the water and Old Bay seasoning to a boil in a large pot.
  2. Add the halved potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes until tender.
  3. Now add the corn and cook for an additional 5 minutes until vibrant.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Squeeze lemon juice into the pot, add salt to taste, and stir everything together.
  6. Drain the contents and transfer them to a serving platter.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
