- 1 pound shrimp, deveined
- 2 ears corn, cut into halves
- 2–3 baby potatoes, halved
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
- 4 cups water
- 1 lemon, halved
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Bring the water and Old Bay seasoning to a boil in a large pot.
- Add the halved potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes until tender.
- Now add the corn and cook for an additional 5 minutes until vibrant.
- Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Squeeze lemon juice into the pot, add salt to taste, and stir everything together.
- Drain the contents and transfer them to a serving platter.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Serving suggestions include extra lemon wedges and cocktail sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container and consume within 1-2 days.
