Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Start by washing the asparagus thoroughly and trimming the tough ends.
- Toss the asparagus in a large bowl with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Spread the asparagus evenly on a baking sheet. Roast them in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until they are tender and slightly crispy.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle the roasted asparagus with grated Parmesan cheese. Return it to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve warm.
