Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Start by washing the asparagus thoroughly and trimming the tough ends.
  2. Toss the asparagus in a large bowl with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  3. Spread the asparagus evenly on a baking sheet. Roast them in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until they are tender and slightly crispy.
  4. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle the roasted asparagus with grated Parmesan cheese. Return it to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve warm.
