- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked pasta or quinoa (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the cottage cheese, shredded chicken, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spread half of the marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Spoon the cottage cheese and chicken mixture over the sauce, then top with the remaining marinara sauce.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm, optionally with cooked pasta or quinoa for a complete meal.
