- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 cups frozen hash brown potatoes
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, broccoli, hash browns, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, use leftover rotisserie chicken or seasoned chicken breast. Experiment with different vegetables and cheeses for variety.
