- 1 cup broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup cooked beef, chopped
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
- Whisk together the eggs, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until smooth.
- Stir in the chopped broccoli, cooked beef, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheese until even.
- Pour the mixture into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until set and golden on top.
- Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
