- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with liners or grease each cup.
- In a large bowl, mix together rolled oats, almond milk, maple syrup, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Fold in dark chocolate chips gently. Evenly distribute the mixture into the muffin tin, filling each liner about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, until the tops are slightly golden and a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Cool in the tin for at least 10 minutes, then remove and cool on a wire rack.
