- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Small black olives or peppercorns for eyes

Instructions
- Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and scoop out the yolks into a bowl.
- Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites, filling each half generously.
- Use carrot slices to create bunny ears on the top of the egg halves. Place small black olives or peppercorns for the eyes and add chives or green onions for whiskers.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature for the best flavor.
