Description

A bright and crunchy salad featuring cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, creamy ranch dressing, sharp cheddar cheese, and smoky bacon, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large cucumbers
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup red onion, diced

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the cucumbers into rounds or half-moons depending on size. Halve the cherry tomatoes and dice the red onion.
  2. Combine the sliced cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, and diced red onion in a large bowl.
  3. Pour in the ranch dressing and gently toss until the vegetables are evenly coated.
  4. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon. Season with salt, pepper, and fresh dill if using.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to let flavors meld.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For optimal freshness, store the dressing separately.
