Description
Tender steak pieces sautéed to perfection in a rich, creamy garlic butter sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound steak (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
- Add the steak bites to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until they are beautifully browned, about 3-4 minutes. Once done, remove the steak from the skillet and set it aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and the minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer, stirring well to combine. Add the steak back into the skillet and heat everything through for another 2-3 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Ensure your skillet is hot enough to achieve a good sear on the steak. You can use other cuts like sirloin or tenderloin. For extra kick, add Worcestershire sauce or red pepper flakes.
