- 8 oz Boursin cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Crackers or sliced vegetables for serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Boursin cheese and softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the heavy cream, minced garlic, chives, and parsley. Stir until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Serve with crackers or sliced vegetables.
Notes
For a showpiece, top with chopped herbs or a sprinkle of cracked black pepper. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days.
