Description
A tangy, creamy dip that feels light, perfect for pairing with fresh veggies.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Assorted fresh vegetables (carrots, celery, bell peppers, cucumbers)
Instructions
- Wash and trim the vegetables. Cut carrots, celery, bell peppers, and cucumbers into sticks or bite-sized pieces. Measure the cottage cheese and sour cream so they are ready to blend.
- Place the cottage cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning mix, and dill (if using) into a blender or food processor. Pulse until you reach a smooth, creamy texture. Scrape down the sides if needed.
- No cooking is required. If you prefer a colder dip, chill it in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, garnish with a little chopped dill or a sprinkle of paprika if you like, and serve with the prepared fresh vegetables.
Notes
For a smoother texture, let the dip sit for 10 minutes after blending. Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
