A cozy, all-in-one comfort dish combining savory beef, creamy mushroom soup, corn, cheese, and crispy tater tots.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 bag tater tots
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Chop the onion and drain the canned corn. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with the chopped onion until browned and onion is soft. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the drained corn and cream of mushroom soup until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish, layer tater tots on top, sprinkle with cheese, and bake for 30–35 minutes until tots are golden and cheese is bubbly. Let sit for 5 minutes then serve hot.
Notes
For extra-crispy tater tots, bake them separately for 10 minutes before adding to the casserole. Can be assembled ahead of time and refrigerated.
