- 4 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
- Pour batter onto the skillet to form pancakes (about 1/4 cup per pancake). Cook until bubbles form and edges look set, about 2–3 minutes. Flip and cook until golden brown, another 1–2 minutes.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings such as syrup, fresh fruit, yogurt, or smoked salmon.
Notes
Use a nonstick pan to reduce sticking. Reheat pancakes in a skillet or toaster oven for best texture.
