A creamy, savory slow-cooker meal featuring tender shredded chicken, rich cream cheese, tangy ranch seasoning, sharp cheddar, crisp bacon, and green onions.

- 2 pounds chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot and season lightly with salt and pepper. Pre-cook and crumble the bacon if necessary. Chop green onions and shred cheddar cheese as needed. Soften cream cheese at room temperature.
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning over the chicken. Add cream cheese in dollops on top of the chicken. Do not stir.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours until chicken is tender and easily shredded.
- After cooking, shred the chicken in the crock pot and mix with the cream cheese and ranch mixture until smooth. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted. Top with crumbled bacon and chopped green onions.
Notes
Serve on toasted buns, over rice, or as a filling for tacos. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days.
