Description

This Comfort Crock Pot Crack Chicken is creamy, cheesy, and deeply satisfying, perfect for sandwiches, rice bowls, or just on its own.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the chicken. Add the cream cheese on top of the seasoned chicken.
  3. Cook on low for 6–8 hours or on high for 3–4 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and stir to combine with the cream cheese and ranch seasoning. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon. Serve warm, garnished with green onions, on its own, or over rice or in a sandwich.

Notes

For best results, use full-fat cream cheese. You can add extra bacon and cheddar before serving for enhanced flavor and texture.
