Description
This Club Sandwich Pasta Salad combines classic flavors into a creamy pasta salad with chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheddar.

- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions (about 10–12 minutes) until al dente. Drain well and rinse briefly under cool water to stop cooking. Let the pasta cool to room temperature.
- Combine the cooled pasta, diced cooked chicken, crumbled bacon, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped lettuce, and shredded cheddar cheese in a large bowl. Toss gently so ingredients distribute evenly.
- Whisk together the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard in a small bowl until smooth. Season with a pinch of salt and a few cracks of black pepper. Adjust seasoning as needed.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until everything is well coated. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld. Serve cold or slightly chilled.
Notes
For best texture, keep lettuce separate and mix just before serving. Use day-old cooked pasta for a firmer texture.
