Description

A timeless dish featuring creamy sauce and tender fettuccine noodles topped with juicy chicken, perfect for family dinners or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken breasts until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and slice it into strips.
  3. Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant but not browned.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it melts and combines smoothly into a rich sauce.
  5. Add the cooked fettuccine to the sauce, mixing well to coat the noodles evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve the pasta topped with sliced chicken, and garnish with chopped parsley for a splash of color and fresh flavor.

Notes
