- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tomato sauce
- Toppings of choice (e.g., pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, onions)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to form a crust, about 1/2 inch thick. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and spread a layer of tomato sauce over the crust. Add your desired toppings, return to the oven, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbling. Slice and serve warm.
Notes
Make sure your chicken is well-drained to prevent the crust from becoming soggy. Experiment with different cheeses and toppings.
