Description

A delicious, low-carb alternative to traditional pizza with a crispy, flavorful chicken crust.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tomato sauce
  • Toppings of choice (e.g., pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, onions)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to form a crust, about 1/2 inch thick. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cooked through.
  4. Remove from the oven and spread a layer of tomato sauce over the crust. Add your desired toppings, return to the oven, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbling. Slice and serve warm.

Notes
