Description

A bright, fizzy Cherry Limeade is a simple, refreshing drink that balances sweet cherry flavor with tart fresh lime, perfect for hot afternoons or parties.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup
  • 2 cups sparkling water
  • Ice
  • Lime wedges for garnish
  • Cherries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Measure all liquids and squeeze fresh limes. Use a fine strainer if pulp bothers you. Chill the sparkling water ahead if you can.
  2. Combine the cherry juice, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup in a pitcher. Stir well to mix until the syrup is fully incorporated.
  3. Fill glasses with ice and pour the cherry limeade mixture over the ice. Top each glass with sparkling water and stir gently.
  4. Garnish with lime wedges and cherries before serving.

Notes

Serve this drink over plenty of ice in tall glasses. Add extra cherries or a lime wheel on the rim for a pretty look. For parties, set up a self-serve station with pitchers of base mix and a chilled soda dispenser.
