- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 2 cups sliced roast beef
- 1 cup spinach or lettuce (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning mix until well blended.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla, leaving about 1/2 inch from the edge.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese, cooked bacon, and roast beef on top. Add spinach or lettuce if using.
- Roll the tortillas tightly into pinwheels. Chill for 10–15 minutes for firmer slices if desired. Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve.
