Description

Savory pinwheels combining creamy ranch, sharp cheddar, salty bacon, and tender roast beef in a soft tortilla spiral.


Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 2 cups sliced roast beef
  • 1 cup spinach or lettuce (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning mix until well blended.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla, leaving about 1/2 inch from the edge.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese, cooked bacon, and roast beef on top. Add spinach or lettuce if using.
  4. Roll the tortillas tightly into pinwheels. Chill for 10–15 minutes for firmer slices if desired. Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve.
