Description
A bold and crispy snack featuring cauliflower florets coated in tangy buffalo sauce, air-fried to perfection, and served with cool blue cheese.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Blue cheese dressing for serving
- Chopped celery and green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Wash and dry the cauliflower, then cut it into bite-size florets so they cook evenly.
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat. Add the buffalo sauce and stir until each floret is well coated in sauce.
- Place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 15–20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through so the florets crisp evenly. Cook until edges are browned and the centers are tender.
- Serve the cauliflower hot with blue cheese dressing on the side. Garnish with chopped celery and green onions for crunch and color.
Notes
For extra crunch, lightly dust florets with panko before air frying. If your buffalo sauce is thin, toss with oil first or add a small amount of flour or panko for better adhesion.
