Description

Bright and icy slushies bursting with sweet blueberry flavor and tangy lemon zing, perfect for hot days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1 cup water
  • Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash the fresh blueberries and measure all ingredients. Squeeze lemons or measure bottled lemon juice to equal 1 cup. Chill glasses if desired.
  2. Add the blueberries, lemon juice, sugar, ice, and water to a blender. Secure the lid.
  3. Blend the mixture on high until smooth and icy, about 30–60 seconds. Stop and scrape down the sides if needed, then blend again for an even texture.
  4. Pour the slushie into glasses, garnish with lemon slices, and serve immediately while it’s cold and frosty.

Notes

For a thicker slush, use frozen blueberries instead of ice. Add vodka or gin for an adult version.
