Bright and icy slushies bursting with sweet blueberry flavor and tangy lemon zing, perfect for hot days.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups ice
- 1 cup water
- Lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
- Wash the fresh blueberries and measure all ingredients. Squeeze lemons or measure bottled lemon juice to equal 1 cup. Chill glasses if desired.
- Add the blueberries, lemon juice, sugar, ice, and water to a blender. Secure the lid.
- Blend the mixture on high until smooth and icy, about 30–60 seconds. Stop and scrape down the sides if needed, then blend again for an even texture.
- Pour the slushie into glasses, garnish with lemon slices, and serve immediately while it’s cold and frosty.
Notes
For a thicker slush, use frozen blueberries instead of ice. Add vodka or gin for an adult version.
