Ingredients
- Asparagus spears
- Beef slices
- Prosciutto
- Olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Trim the woody ends off the asparagus.
- Pat the asparagus dry so the oil and seasonings stick.
- Wrap a slice of beef around an asparagus spear and then wrap a slice of prosciutto around the beef.
- Arrange the wrapped spears on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until the beef is cooked through and the asparagus is tender.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 1–2 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve warm as an appetizer or a side. Garnish with lemon wedges for acidity.
