Instructions
- Preheat your waffle iron and lightly grease it with cooking spray or oil.
- In a large bowl, combine the thawed hashbrowns, crumbled beef, chopped bacon, shredded cheese, eggs, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Scoop portions of the mixture onto the preheated waffle iron and close the lid. Cook until golden brown and crispy, about 5–7 minutes.
- Carefully remove the waffles and serve hot. Let them rest a minute before serving.
