A rich and savory spread made from smoky beef bacon and creamy butter, perfect for toast, vegetables, and meats.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb beef bacon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat the beef bacon dry with paper towels. Prepare a plate with paper towels and a clean bowl for chopped bacon.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until golden brown and crispy for about 10-12 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the butter over low heat and add salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Chop the cooled bacon into small pieces and stir it into the butter.
