- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- Marinate the beef: In a bowl, combine beef slices with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat the oil: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Cook the beef: Add the marinated beef to the skillet and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 3-5 minutes.
- Add the vegetables: Add the garlic and asparagus to the skillet and stir-fry until the asparagus is tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes.
- Season the dish: Season with salt and pepper to taste.
