- 2 cups corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped cilantro for garnish
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine corn, sour cream, cream cheese, shredded cheese, mayonnaise, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix everything until well blended and creamy.
- Spread the mixture into a baking dish and smooth the top evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped cilantro, and serve warm alongside tortilla chips for dipping.
Notes
